Our growing chiropractic practice is seeking two Patient Care Coordinators, full time and part time. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, enthusiastic, and have a passion for helping others.

The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for a multitude of duties including greeting patients, managing patient information, putting patients on therapies, answering phones and scheduling appointments, collecting and posting payments, and other administrative duties. They will also be responsible for administering some patient therapies.

24/7 Chiropractic has been providing chiropractic and wellness care to our local community for 7 years. Our mission is to assist individuals and families in achieving optimal health through routine chiropractic care and other natural means.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Chiropractic exposure (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
• Must be positive and friendly – you are the first impression of us!
• Must have excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, numerical aptitude, and time management skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work every other Saturday
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be coachable
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Manage medium to high call volume, determine needs, and schedule appointments
• Greet and direct patients to treatment rooms
• Provide an inviting, patient-focused environment
• Pull patient charts and verify recorded information
• Verify insurance co-pays
• Monitor appointment activity to ensure patient flow remains on schedule
• Administer some therapies under doctor direction
• Collect and post payments to appropriate patient accounts
• Communicate with doctors, therapists, and back-office staff to provide pertinent patient information
• Perform administrative duties and create/maintain electronic files and receipts
• Take Teddy for walks

Job Types: Full time and Part time available 

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30-34 per week

Benefits:

Schedule: Shift schedules are flexible

• Monday to Friday 9am-3pm shift
• Monday to Friday 2pm-8pm shift
• Saturdays 9-2 (every other Sat required)
